A major traffic accident caused chaos this Wednesday on the Mexico–Querétaro Highway after a trailer reportedly lost control and crashed into multiple vehicles in Huehuetoca, State of Mexico.
The collision occurred near kilometer 59 on the busy highway and quickly brought traffic to a standstill as emergency crews rushed to the scene. Authorities say the heavy vehicle first struck a roadside embankment before crashing into at least five cars and a pickup truck. The force of the impact caused the trailer to end up blocking all three north-to-south lanes, leading to a partial closure and significant traffic delays for drivers traveling through the area.
