Locked Away for Years”: Wisconsin Stepmother Pleads No Contest After 14-Year-Old Autistic Girl Found Weighing Just 35 Pounds 😨

Wisconsin stepmother Melissa Goodman, 52, entered a no-contest plea to charges including chronic neglect causing great bodily harm, emotional damage, and false imprisonment.
She allegedly starved and isolated her autistic 14-year-old stepdaughter, who weighed just 35 pounds when found emaciated in August 2025, locking her in a bare room for years without food or water.
Goodman faces up to 46 years in prison. Sentencing is set for July 1. Her husband and other family members also face charges.
